About the Opportunity

KEY REQUIREMENTS

  • Proven expertise and experience in project management for HCM software, its implementation, and transformation. 
  • Experience in delivering and conducting HCM software implementation projects, including Workday, Oracle HCM, SAP, or Cornerstone on demand.
  • Background in consulting or professional services for HCM implementation from a large-scale enterprise company.
  • Strong leadership skills along with abilities to manage different stakeholders.
  • Business sharpness for compelling project budget management.
  • Proficiency in languages, Italian and English.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

Project Leadership:

Acting as a leader being a project manager for workday implementations for Italian and international projects.

Team up closely with the Client’s inside project managers to explore Working day HCM executions through all life cycle stages, from project planning through design and conveyance.

Stakeholder Management:

Work with the client to settle on and oversee key achievements, expectations, jobs, and obligations.

Act as a critical point of interaction between outside clients and inner Working day consultants to guarantee powerful coordination and conveyance of Typical business day executions.

Team Guidance:

Oversee and direct the inner project team(s) all through the project, traversing different areas.

Create and deal with the extension and detail of the statement of Work, laying out a Change Control Mechanism to oversee changes in project scope, timetables, resourcing, jobs, obligations and responsibilities, and so forth.

Resource Management:

Identify, communicate, and actively manage the project’s internal resource needs.

Screen the progress of tasks against the arrangement and spending plan/budget, answering to leadership on project status and issues.

Quality Assurance:

Keep track and record and manage billing of the project.

Continuous Improvement:
