Job Summary:

Learning & Development:

Conduct Training Needs Analysis:

Perform a comprehensive analysis at organizational, divisional, and individual levels to identify learning needs.

Maintain Corporate Training Calendar:

Regulate the organizational preparation schedule, adjusting it to distinguish preparing needs and scatter data to members.

Organize Internal Training Programs:

Administer internal training programs, including exploring member records, dispersing significant materials, and helping with preparing the organization. 

On-the-Job Training Implementation:

Help with creating and carrying out hands-on preparation strategies to work with experiential learning among representatives.

Generic Role:

Manage Team Operations:

Manage the day-to-day activities of the team within a specified scope, ensuring the accuracy of work procedures.

Resolve Escalated Queries:

Address escalated inquiries connected with occasional HR studies, sending complex issues to higher levels for resolution.

Continuous Improvement Initiatives:

Participate in research activities to stay abreast of best practices and propose ideas for continuous improvement in policy areas.

Payment Procedures Oversight:

Assists installment systems for re-appropriated work to outsiders and routinely reports spending plan status to higher management.

Technical Reports Review:

Audit specialized reports connected with human resource activities, guaranteeing opportune examination and importance to the job.

Technical & ICT Training Delivery:

End-to-End Training Delivery:

Make sure the delivery of technical and ICT training programs is seamless and manage the administration.

Maintenance of Technical Facilities:

Maintain facilities that are required, tools, and laboratories for all ICT and technical programs. Technical facilities require certain maintenance from time to time and this falls under the responsibilities of an HR learning and development specialist. 

Enrollment and Content Management:

Administer the process of selecting members, create and review training content, and liaise with the Documentation Management Division to refresh preparing material on the database.

Attendance Oversight:

Monitor the attendance of participants in all management training coordinate with vendors on training schedules and take actions required for attendance oversight management according to company policies. 

Vendor Management:

Relationship with External Providers:

Oversee the relationship with external training providers, ensuring efficient scheduling and mandatory attendance coordination.

Implementation of Technical Training:

Guarantee proper execution of technical training and preparation as a part of innovation contracts with suppliers.

Qualifications/Certification:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in relevant fields; Master’s degree preferred.

Experience: 4 to 6 years of experience in related field.

Nature of Experience: Experience in managing ICT training and programs for bigger organizations. 

Required Skills and Knowledge:

  • Intermediate proficiency in data collection and analysis.
  • Intermediate proficiency in business acumen.
  • Intermediate proficiency in end-to-end human resource process design and implementation.
  • Intermediate proficiency in report writing.
